Abstract: “ Internet plus" has gradually permeated into all areas of society,which has brought about both opportunities and challenges for all walks of life. In " Internet plus" era,such barriers as inadequate interaction between teachers and students,disbalance of educational resources are hindering the development of elementary education in Khampa Tibetan - inhabited area. Facing these kind of problems,Tibetan educators should fully implement innovation of concepts,correctly understand " Internet plus" ,strengthen the training of teachers,and develop national education resources,so as to promote the development of national elementary education.
