LanDingxiang, female, born in Zhongjiang County, Sichuan Province in August, 1966, currently in the position of deputy director of Research Institute of Finance and Trade Economics at SASS, researcher; admitted into Department of National Economic Management of Sichuan University in 1983 and admitted into Graduate School of SASS in 1987 majoring in Industrial Economic Management and Economic System Reform in 1987; have been working at SASS since graduation in 1990; sent to work at Office of Political Research in Party Committee of Qu County from February, 1992 to February, 1993; sent on research and studies to Research Institute of Industrial Economy at Chinese Academy of Social Science as a visiting scholar of the first “Light of the West” from December, 2003 to December, 2004.

 

Since working at SASS in 1990, LanDingxiang has showed strong research ability and good overall quality, made outstanding achievements at work and has received the honorary award of “Advanced Worker” for quite a few times by SASS. She was promoted to assist researcher in 1993, associate researcher in 1998 and researcher in 2007. In 2002, LanDingxiang was awarded the honorary title of “Outstanding Party Member” by the working committee directly under the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee; received “Outstanding Youth Economic Figure in Sichuan Province” in 2005; “Expert with Outstanding Achievement in Sichuan Province” in 2006. In the past 20 years, she has published nearly 100 articles and academic books (including co-authored, one was independently written academic book); led to complete one provincial philosophy and social science planning key project, and 2 general projects, one provincial “five-one project”, one Chengdu city social science planning project, one SASS key project; currently leading one national social science foundation project; participated as a leading researcher in over 20 projects; research achievements have received 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes from the Provincial Government, one “Five-one Project” award, and a few awards from academic societies; 12 theses have been reprinted by Renmin University of China Copy Materials, Guangming Daily etc.
